At around seven o’clock this moring Invercargill fire services where called to the headquaters of The Road Kinghts gang. Police have discovered that there was an offical website of the Road Knights gang on which threats were posted saying that on day they wont even be a memory. Also there was comments saying that the gang were all homosexual and rapists. Aparently when they fire fighters got to the scene the whole top floor of the building and that there was a man sleeping unaware of what was going on around him he has been saftly removed from the building. The fire crew managed to save one of the gang motorcycles all though they say the building is now untenable. the fire crews are still clueless as to the cause of the fire as there is no sign of accelerants. this inormation was sourced from tv3.co.nz

This was a book about a girl named Stephanie whos uncle dies and she meets a man how she thinks that he was being weird wrapping up so you can’t see his face or any part of his body but finds he was being perfectly reasonably as he was a living skeleton. During the book Sthephanie and Skulduggery get up to many different things like sneaking through museums while keeping an eye out for vampires. The basic story line is that Stephanie meets Skullduggery and they go of to save the world from Serpine who finds the scepter of the ancients which has the power to destroy anything.

I think that this was an awsome book that was rekomended by my friend which was why I read it. At first I thought it was a pretty boring book for around about the first three pages as all that was happening was that Stephanie met Skulduggery and they talked about magic and the world of magic. It was until around about chapter five that I thought it was boring because during this chapter Stephanie went to stay at her uncles house and then gets broken into then Skulduggery brakes down the door and sets the man on fire using magic. Although this book got really interesting I thought it was a good book because it kept me interested but I thought it ended to suddenly because it ends with Skulduggery sitting on Stephanies window sill after breaking her leg while battling Serpine. Stephanie summons a small ball of fire by clicking her fingers and then Skulduggery just says magic and then the book ends although I understand that theres another book thats just come out I still think it ended all to sudden but hey theres nothing I can do to make the book longer.

On the 8th of April room three and room seven set off for Ohope for their 2008 camp. before they arrived in Ohope they stopped off at lake Okataina for lunch. After lunch at Okataina they continued their journey to Ohope. After another hour or so in the car room three and room seven arrived at the Ohope christian camp. After setting up base in the cabins we went down to the hall for dinner. The next day room three set off for the high ropes in Whakatane where they spent four hour scaring themselves by climbing up tall poles and walking across many different obstacles like a rope bridge suspended in midair and jumping for a traipse suspend in midair. After the high ropes they set of for the Amazing Maze n Maize where they all got terribly lost. after a massive day full of exiting activity’s it was time for bed.

The next day room three set out for the wharf to fish and kayak after completing these activities they set out for Shelly bay where they had to walk over a giant hill full of steps 352 to be exact. But after a long walk climbing 352 steps we arrived at Shelly bay where we explored the rock pools and then set off for home. After a long and tiring walk home we went to the awakeri hot pools to swim and have dinner. After a long swim we went back to camp to have supper and go to bed. The next day we all packed up and started the journey home.

One of my goals for term 1 and 2 would be to get more work done. I could do this by putting my head down and and not talking.

Another goal for for in class would be to get work handed in on time. I could do this by getting it started early instead of the night before its due.

Another goal for in class is to get more involved in my group work. I can do this by getting more involved and giving my opinion more.

A personal goal would be to practice my trumpet every day so I can learn more and learn faster. I can do this by practising for half an hour every day.

Yet another goal for school would be to learn the oping and closing karakia without any help.I can do this by practising more.

My dream career would have to be being a pilot because I have been fascinated by planes what they look like and the way they function from a very young age but if I had to chose between the air-force or search and rescue I would have to chose the air-force because the are more likely to fly more often and maybe get involved in a war or two. But the search and rescue gets all the risky operations mind you the air-force gets a couple of risky operations but id probably have to go for the air-force because its a national team of pilots but when I retire I while probably become a commercial pilot.

The light party is a fun night full of free rides, games and food put on by the churches of Te Awamutu as an alternative to Halloween some people like to go out and knock on doors asking for lollies. But others like to go out and have a good night filled with prizes, rides like the chair-o-plane and mini 4×4s and games like smash the pumpkin and horizontal bungee.
